一個人食飯,要煮兩個人的份量。因為另方一份量是用來作明天的中午飯盒。
今晚五姑娘煮比目魚栁、西蘭花、配意大利粉。

用煲先煲滾開水,加少量鹽和油,放入ニ人份量的意大利麵條;繼續煲至水再燒滾時便可熄火。蓋上,焗大約10分鐘或麵條轉軟身,即可瀝乾備用。
西蘭花亦可用開水,加少量鹽和油,燒滾,白灼。
急凍比目魚栁ニ條,解凍後用清水沖洗一下,再用吸水紙吸乾水份。撲上少量生粉,醃料有少量鹽、蒜粉、及檸檬汁。(如果有oregano香草的話,可以放入少量。)
預熱焗爐,取錫紙,塗上油。用錫紙包起魚栁,分ニ包,放入焗爐。焗大約12-15分鐘左右即可。
五姑娘家中無oregano, 只有灑上黑胡椒粉。
五姑娘亦曾經用同樣方法去焗龍利栁。

回覆刪除[版主回覆06/03/2011 10:18:00]Yes, the odor is quite offensive. I believe it also depends on how you cook your fish. So far, I have no problem. On several occasions, no one noticed that I had brought fish for lunch.
