忽然間好想食煲仔飯。
於是乎、拿了一個瓦煲出來,準備煲一個鹹魚蒸肉餅飯。

因為欠了一塊隔熱板 (heat diffuser, 亦即呀蘇所叫的"波板"),很容易會熱爆煲。
五姑娘好用心去煲,希望可以保得住個瓦煲。
姑爺話要焗多一會,可以除水份及起飯焦。

就是他的一句話,瓦煲便報消 ~ 煲底有裂紋,不能再用! 唉!
下次去逛街時,要記住買一塊隔熱板。
同一時間、五姑娘亦煲了牛蒡湯。

材料有牛蒡1條、紅蘿蔔1個、青蘿蔔1個、冬菇4-5個、蜜棗2-3粒及豬腱1個。
洗淨豬腱,然後出水,再沖淨,備用。
洗淨材料,放入煲內,水滾後加入豬腱。
待水再滾後,轉慢火煲2個多小時,加鹽便可。
上星期我在吉之島買了一個 Berndes鑄鋁易潔煲,今天用它來煮了煲仔飯,啲飯唔黐底,又有飯燋,個煲好好用呀!

I had thrown away all the non stick pans. They said that the non stick is not good for health. I have now learned how to fry eggs in the chinese wok but most of the time, my children only have boiled eggs or steamed eggs, it is healthier and less oily.

I went to Macau last Sunday. Unfortunately my friend was sick. We could not eat good food ( chicken shark's find soup). We ate 煲仔飯 at the food court in 威尼斯人 Hotel. Quite OK but without 飯燋.
